If you are having difficulty with a pattern you’ve downloaded, first check whether there’s already discussion about the pattern on Ravelry. At times other fiber artists will leave helpful comments or notations.

If you’re unable to find the answers you need, send me an email at halliday@hallidaynelson.com or reach out via any of the social media platforms below. If you’re able to do so, leaving your question as a comment on the pattern on Ravelry would have the added benefit of helping any others in the future who may have the same question as you.
